When dreams come true, they begin to renew themselves day after day, without fading away at the first light of dawn, but confirming themselves tangible and concrete as time goes by. A real bulwark in the winemaking reality of the province of Bolzano, Tramin combines tradition and quality at its best, for a line of wines that always represents the most total excellence. We are talking about a winery that has its roots in the nineteenth century: it was in fact 1898 when the parish priest of Tramin, Christian Schrott, also a member of the Austrian Parliament, decided to set up a cooperative capable of bringing together the many winemakers in the area. A reality was born that was based - and is based - on a precise philosophy of life and work, which made - and makes - rigour, dedication, creativity and trust its cornerstones.More than a century later, the spirit and respect for a marvellous territory, that of Termeno and Lake Caldaro, which with its particular microclimate contributes to the production of wines with a marked varietal character, with a personality that is always clear and bright. Relying on a very modern winery inaugurated in 2010, the Tramin cooperative continues to consistently express the values of the past, those that have given rise to the entire project, and which represent the solid foundations for facing the future. With a line of labels that truly satisfies all palates, Tramin represents an example in the world for its ability to combine great numbers - still today it has almost three hundred contributing members - with the consistency of quality typical of the best artisans. Pinot Grigio, Gewürztraminer, Schiava, Pinot Nero, Lagrein, Moscato Rosa and Moscato Giallo, then again Pinot Bianco, Chardonnay and Merlot, and finally Cabernet Sauvignon, Sauvignon Blanc and Müller Thurgau: those labelled Tramin are exclusive and inimitable wines, as balanced as they are intense in narrating the uniqueness of the vineyards where they are born.
