Trento Riserva DOC Perlè Rosè by Ferrari is one of the spearheads of this historic and prestigious Trentino winery that has become the namesake of the Classic Method of quality and elegance. It is obtained from a very careful selection of 80% Chardonnay and 20% Pinot Noir grapes from the best parcels of the estate and rests no less than 5 on the lees before going on the market.
Antique pink, with a very fine and persistent perlage. The nose expresses an intense and elegant bouquet characterized by notes of small ripe fruits: currants, wild strawberries and raspberries, with pleasant fragrances of orange and pink peel. On the palate it is elegant and velvety, the excellent structure enhances the typicality of Pinot Noir and is embellished with a delicate note of spices, sweet almond and yeast: all components that confer harmony and persistence.
