Soft pink, with exuberant foam and subtle perlage. The nose expresses beautiful notes of white peach, wild strawberries, dog rose and toasted bread. In the mouth it is austere, fresh, dry and at the same time enthralling for grace and elegance. Hints of sweet almond and black currant delineate its trait until a particularly persistent closure.
