Caberlot

Its name derives from the natural but surprising cross, born from the union of Cabernet Franc and Merlot, two well-known grape varieties, but which together have given birth to a true jewel of nature. Only 3,500 bottles are produced each year in the single magnum format, numbered by hand by Moritz Rogosky's wife, Bettina, in close collaboration with the winemaker and cellarman Peter Schilling.

The Caberlot is aged for 22 months in barrique and at least another 18 months in the bottle. The result? A still red wine, robust and full-bodied, characterized by an enchanting scent of white pepper, berries and tobacco. Perfect to drink with first courses with meat sauce or to accompany stewed or roasted meat and game. A wine acclaimed all over the world and that you would like to never end, like fairy tales.
