Soft almonds with Tuscan almonds made according to ancient Sienese traditions. In the '600 they were bought at the post stations of horses. Cookies of flour, honey and sugar, with a shape similar to a crushed apricot. Having a long shelf life, they were excellent as travel and refreshment biscuits.
