Pouilly - Fumé de Ladoucette

The Pouilly Fumé 2021 we like for its innate mineral and fruity notes, made even more lively by the citrus notes in the background. Made with grapes from different vineyards, Pouilly Fumé 2021 Baron de Ladoucette is left to ferment on its yeasts for a period of between 3 and 6 months and then left to mature in glass tanks.

Pale straw yellow with greenish reflections. The nose has a delicate but ample bouquet made of floral and herbaceous notes, including lily and peppermint. On the palate it is pleasant and lively, thanks to the citrus and mineral notes, but also round and balanced thanks to the juiciness of the fruity scents. In the finish the innate minerality still stands out.
