This Barbaresco "Sorì Tildin" wine is made from the Gaja winery starting from the grapes in purity of the quintessential red grape of Piedmont, Nebbiolo. The grapes are grown with great attention and respect, selecting only the best bunches to ensure the best possible result. Once harvested and vinified, they undergo a double refinement, carried out first for 12 months in barrique, and then for another year in large barrels. At the end of these two years of total maturation, the wine is ready to be bottled and placed on the market.

"Sorì Tildin" is a Barbaresco that reveals itself to the eye with a ruby ​​red color, tending to garnet in the nail. The nose is dominated by concentrated and enveloping sensations, which, from a world of balsamic and spicy notes, is directed towards a set of fruity aromas, very well presented. In the mouth it is full-bodied, full and round, with a sip characterized by a pleasant freshness and finely integrated tannins; closes with an almost eternal, truly persistent ending.
