Franco Conterno's "Pietrin" is a Barolo with a great quality / price ratio, full-bodied, intense and vigorous. It comes from the vineyards located in Monforte d'Alba, Novello and Castiglione Falletto and is left to age for 24 months in oak barrels. It shows itself with a rich bouquet that ranges from notes of ripe fruit to sweet spices, while the sip is elegant, harmonious and of great power.

This Barolo Pietrin is a wine that, in the glass, shows a bright and brilliant hue, reminiscent of the garnet color. The aromas that develop on the nose highlight a set of notes that from ripe fruit turn towards the spicy and tertiary aromas, resulting from the aging in wood. Tasting is of excellent body, round, vigorous, with a sip that is structured around well-defined tannins, never too intrusive. The Franco Conterno winery gives us a well-made label, with which we come into contact with a wine, Barolo, which in recent years has crossed the regional and national borders, establishing itself worldwide as one of the most sought after products by lovers of great aging reds.
