Attracted by the unrepeatable set of climatic conditions, volcanic soils and biodiversity, the Tascante project is enriched with a second wine. The Black Gravel expresses all the impetuosity of the younger vineyards of the Tasca d'Almerita estate on Etna. A dry and elegant red, testimony to how good it can be born on the slopes of the volcano. Another important testimony for all of Sicily, a wine-growing continent made up of different territories and countless variables, with enormous potential still to be expressed.

Brilliant, with a ruby red color, the nose expresses strong floral, wisteria and red berries notes. On the palate it is fresh, reactive, balanced and characterized by a good persistence.

Throughout the meal, it goes well with rich first courses, including stuffed pasta, and second courses based on white and red meat. Try it with a meat couscous.
