Less structured than the "25 Years" but equally elegant, the Sagrantino di Montefalco DOCG "Collepiano" by Arnaldo Caprai knows how to amaze for detail and finesse. A Sagrantino of great balance, son of a maturation in barrique of about 22 months, which reveals all the depth of the type in the glass. Already extraordinary today, it will give emotions for many years.

Very dark ruby red, the nose expresses hints of blackberry jam, pepper, clove and vanilla, a balsamic note and a touch of powder. On the palate it is powerful and at the same time elegant, characterized by a tannic texture of incredible precision and workmanship. It closes very long, on notes of blackberry and brambleberry.
