Amarone della Valpolicella Classico Riserva DOCG "Ca’ Florian "by Tommasi comes from the union of corvina, corvinone and rondinella grapes from the vineyard of the same name located in the municipality of San Pietro in Coriano. The grapes are dried naturally in the large and airy farm fruit cellar. The fermentation takes place slowly in wooden vats for 30 days and is followed by an aging of 4 years, with the first carried out in a 500-liter tonneau and the other 3 in large Slavonian oak barrels. Ca 'Florian then rests in the bottle for at least a year. A great Amarone, capable of winning the most important national and international awards.

Deep ruby red color in the glass. The nose hints of dark fruit, plums, cherries, blackberries and touches of red fruit, open the way to sensations of licorice and cocoa. Sumptuous and elegant taste, of rare persistence, with a pleasantly spicy finish.

Perfect with braised meats, stews and game, also excellent with grilled red meats and aged cheeses. In addition to the pairings it is a great meditation wine.
