PERFUME
Immediately, balsamic notes are captured, almost iodized, carried by the remarkable alcoholic power, to give space afterwards to the characteristic aroma of ripe cherry, plum, small berries; spiced with star anise, cinnamon, cardamom, black pepper, vanilla and ginger.

FLAVOR
In the mouth it is certainly dry, warm and soft well supported by remarkable acidity, flavor and round tannins. Balanced very persistent and fine.

Grilled red meats, roast beef, braised, sliced beef or foal, roasted with savory sauces, game
both from fur and from pen, hard and aged cheeses.
