Rosso del Bepi is one of those wines that, once tasted, will forever remain etched in your mind, marking a sign that will be taken as a reference point every time you find yourself tasting other great Venetian reds. It is a blend of Corvina, Rondinella and Cabernet Sauvignon that demonstrates how the Quintarelli winery, a high-sounding name in Italian enology, is able to amaze not only with Amarone, but also with a balanced blend, where the sip, thanks to the long aging, gives an exciting drink to say the least. A bottle to drink now or to let it rest in the cellar for about ten years: in both cases, the experience will be memorable.

This Rosso del Bepi comes to life from the fruitful union between two native vines, Corvina and Rondinella, and an international one, Cabernet Sauvignon. The grapes of these three varieties are carefully selected by the Quintarelli team during the harvest phase, and, once they arrive in the wine-making rooms, they carry out a maceration of 20 days and a fermentation that lasts for 45 days. Then we move on to the refinement phase, in which the wine rests for a long period, seven years, in large oak barrels.

The Rosso del Bepi by Quintarelli presents itself, in the glass, with an intense color, which recalls the notes of ruby. The nose develops a texture of red fruits, embellished with more spicy notes from which a nuance of tobacco also filters. In the mouth it has excellent structure, soft and velvety, with a delicate sip thanks to the perfectly integrated tannic texture; ends with a long finish. A full-bodied label, which finds its gastronomic vocation with second courses based on red meat and game, which can stand up to comparison.
