On the hills over 500 meters above sea level in the municipality of Greve in Chianti, the Chianti Classico wines of the Lamole area are born, which have always been known for their marked aromas and innate taste elegance. It is in these places that Jurij, son of the famous winemaker Vittorio Fiore and already active in other realities, decided to start a small wine production together with his daughter Sara. We are talking about just under 2 hectares of vines, cultivated exclusively in Sangiovese with old vines, some of which are trained with saplings. The range is limited to just 2,000 bottles and includes a rosé and two Chianti Classico DOCGs, the “Nonloso” and the “Puntodivista”. The goal of the small winery is to be able to transfer the perfect synthesis of the great potential of one of the most suitable areas of Tuscany into the glass.
