Joseph Perrier's Champagne Cuvée Royale Brut comes from vineyards located in the heart of the AOC, from carefully selected and handpicked grapes. After fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature, it ferments in the bottle and then refines in glass for 5 years, before being released on the market.

At the tasting, the Cuvée Royal Brut of the Maison Joseph Perrier presents a beautiful straw yellow color with coppery reflections that underlines the finesse of the effervescence of the bubbles of great liveliness. Initially discreet, the nose gives way to beautiful fruity notes that evoke the green apple or the sweetness of the peach. Right from the attack, the power of the mouth leaves room for a round and lively material, which offers a nice freshness in the finish.
