Pinot Meunier 60%, Pinot Noir 34%, Chardonnay 6%

Franck Pascal's Brut Nature "Fluence" is a Champagne made by a young vigneron in the Baslieux-sous-Chatillon area, in the heart of the Valée de la Marne. As usual in the area, it is a cuvée with a prevalence of Meunier and a small balance of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. It is a label that stands out for its purity and expressive immediacy, accompanied by a lively mineral freshness, which makes the sip pleasantly vibrant and refined.

Champagne Brut Nature "Fluence" is produced by Franck Pascal with a great attention to the territory. Its vineyards are managed according to the principles of biodynamics, with total refusal of the use of herbicides, fertilizers and synthetic chemicals. An approach to the vineyard that translates into a real life philosophy, aimed at restoring the original harmony between man and the environment, with the utmost respect for nature. A way of working that is also reflected in the Champagne, rich in character and personality, never banal or obvious, far from the danger of standardization. The first fermentation carried out only with the use of indigenous yeasts, follows the creation of the final cuvée and the refermentation in the bottle according to the Champenoise method. The wine rests on the lees for at least 24 months before the dégorgement.

Champagne "Fluence" by Franck Pascal is an elegant and dynamic Brut Nature, energetic and vibrant, which well represents the style of the Maison. In the glass it has a straw yellow color, crossed by a fine and persistent perlage. The bouquet recalls aromas of citrus fruits, ripe yellow fruit, sensations of bread crust and iodine nuances. On the palate it is lively, with a harmonious and intense mouth center, which stretches with vital tension towards a fresh and mineral finish.
