Pinot Noir 65%, Chardonnay 35%

Roederer Champagne Rosè Brut Vintage is a sparkling wine that conquers by virtue of its persuasion and creaminess, yet another success of one of the most famous Maison in the world. Few producers can boast a tradition like that of the Roederers, a maison founded by Louis in 1776 and that since then, despite the natural succession of generations, has seen the stainless consolidate the charm of the cellar. Today the owned vineyards extend for about 240 hectares in the Valle de la Marne region, mainly located between Grand Cru and Premier Cru. A style devoted to creaminess and richness, always keeping an eye on the precepts of biodynamics, with which the vineyards are grown. Absolute guarantee for lovers of bubbles!

Roederer Rosè Vintage Brut is produced from a blend consisting of 65% Pinot Noir and 35% Chardonnay, with grapes from Cumeriès, a well-known municipality where the soils are of clayey limestone matrix. The fermentation of the base wines takes place mostly in steel, with 20% fermenting in wooden barrels instead. The refermentation takes place in the bottle according to the classic or champenoise method. The long refinement of 48 months in the bottle gives the liquid greater complexity and depth, just as the calibrated dosage is a sort of trademark of the Roederer family.

The Brut Vintage Rosè reveals itself in the glass with a coppery pink color and a fine and persistent perlage. An extremely varied nose, in which the richness of nuances does not preclude the generous radiance that the liquid brings as a dowry. Citrus fruits, custard, currants and rose hips are just some of the descriptors that flash in the mind at the first smell. The sip is no different and reveals a liquid in which creaminess and the contribution of freshness and flavor are beautifully melted, a true manifestation of elegance. An unmissable bottle for lovers of bubbles, especially if they are pink, given that this bottle is at the top of its typology.
