TASTING NOTES
Bright golden yellow color, with amber reflections. The nose shows hints of aromatic herbs (lime and thyme), brioche and hazelnut and wild berries, with a nice citrus and honey hint. In the mouth, it opens immediately with generous body and good freshness, developing with energy and vigor on notes of red currant and raspberry, with references of biscuits and freshly baked bread. Final, long and mineral, of great balance and harmony.

PAIRINGS
It goes well with second courses with white meat or fish dishes. Excellent with seafood and cured meats.
