Since 1979 the harmonious accord of the Chardonnay, Pinot Bianco and Pinot Nero grapes at each harvest recreates the assembly that represents the foundations of the Mosnel style. After almost 24 months on the lees, the Brut reaches its balance and is ready to be disgorged. The white gold glass has a subtle and velvety perlage. The fine aromatic profile of the floral notes of elderberry and hawthorn gives delicate nuances to the freshness of the fruit, between Mediterranean citrus and white and yellow fruit, with notes of aromatic herbs and almonds. The sip has joyful proportions of freshness and fruit with a persistent finish, which tends to be refined and harmonious.

This cuvée combines many skills: the wisdom of the vines, the wisdom of time and the wisdom of winemaking methods. It has this full and decisive color, yellow-green flecked with ivory, like ivory is the beautiful rich foam: firm, irregular, and lazy to withdraw into a thin crown, fed by numerous springs. It has a light texture, without being diaphanous, very dynamic. The nose is very fine, so delicate that it seems shy: instead it is durable, it remains linear for a long time, almost without declining towards the end. Freshness and green moments, dotted in shades: some white fruit in advance of ripening, and an underlying indication of fog and water vapor. The sip is dry and apprehensive, full of clinging sensations: from the first attack it takes the palate, holds it hostage with firm levity, leading to a frank and sincere exit. Pasty and drinkable.
