CARONI 21 YO

The Velier Caroni range has recently been enriched with the Caroni 21 y.o. Extra Strong, distilled in 1996 and bottled in 2017. The Caroni 21 y.o. it boasts a very full degree of 57.18% and a ripening occurred entirely in the tropical climate of Trinidad.

Caroni is a sort of Port Ellen of rums, for years there have been rumors of an imminent exhaustion of stocks, however so far there is still some and, consequently, let's enjoy it as long as possible.

Intense amber color, elegant to the eye. The nose releases an important and refined bouquet, with very broad and complex aromas of fruit, sweet citrus, coffee and licorice and, subsequently, deep spicy notes and tones of vanilla, caramel and dried fruit. The mouth follows the path opened by the nose, revealing itself to be complex, warm, with infinite persistence.
