LIBERATION 2015

Diluted version of Rhum Rhum "released in 2015" after 6 years of aging. It is diluted with rainwater and is produced in Marie Galante by the master distiller Capovilla.

Aged in the tonneaux of a famous château of Sauternes, this rum surprises with its power and richness, and remains clearly marked by woody notes, sugar cane and very ripe fruit. Small Batch Profile: powerful, complex and evolutionary. We travel on the fruit of sugar cane. Notes of oak wood.

Intense golden to the eye, with mahogany reflections. Aromatic and rich the olfactory bouquet, composed of hints that recall bananas, cashews, oak and dry hay. Powerful and virtuous on the palate, guided by taste references to apple and apricot. The finish is long, sensual and spicy.
