Rhum Vieux Agricole 'Piramide' J. Bally 12 YO

The Rum "Pyramid" Bally 12 years is a very elegant agricultural rum made in Martinique of pure sugar cane juice. It is an evolved distillate, rich and complex, full and persistent, for meditation.

The JBally company has been producing since the early 1800s in the company that gave birth to the Bally Distillery in 1924, known for the production of high alcohol content but with a very fine taste. Rhum Piramide Bally is the pioneer of vintage rums produced in a limited area of ​​twenty-three municipalities in Martinique, one of the islands of the Antilles. A product that has more than seventy years of history rooted in an area of ​​choice for the cultivation of sugar cane. It is an agricultural rum obtained from the first "grinding" of the cane (hence the name "agricultural") and with a strong personality, dry and with a remarkable alcohol content, like almost all the spirits belonging to this category. Full of perfumed notes and impressive retro-olfactory persistence, it is aged in ancient white oak barrels that gives a pleasant amber color and delicate fragrances that only time can guarantee. It is not distilled from molasses, as happens most of the time, but from the juice of sugar cane harvested in the limited period of January and February. It can be considered as a great wine precisely because the quality of sugar cane varies from year to year, bringing with it different characteristics, as happens with grapes.
