The company's production philosophy, in the name of uncompromising quality, necessarily starts from the management of the vineyards.Tua Rita's cellar was enlarged and completely revised between 2000 and 2002 to support a high-profile production, which today stands at 220,000 bottles, Tua Rita's cellar first of all obeys operational needs, in the wake of the great Italian tradition of the artisan factory. Moreover, the enological interventions are few and not very invasive.
