Quintessential of the wines produced in Montalcino, the Brunello "Tenuta Greppone Mazzi" was born in the homonymous reality that Ruffino can boast in the area. A magical place where the centennial experience of the Tuscan house blends with careful control of every aspect related to production. This is how a powerful, long-lived red wine is born, unique for its elegance and charm. The grapes are harvested only by hand. The vinification takes place in steel and the maturation continues in large oak barrels for about 36 months, 12 more than the norms reserved for the production of Brunello. After a short rest in steel for about 6 months, the wine is bottled and further left to refine in the bottle for 8 months.

Intense ruby red, the nose gives notes of red fruit jam embellished with hints of tobacco, cocoa, leather, vanilla. On the palate it is structured, rich, in good balance between a certain freshness and a tannic texture reminiscent of velvet. Of excellent persistence.
