Brunello di Montalcino from Cantina Le Potazzine is one of those bottles capable of making our cellar precious. The winery takes its name from the Tuscan term "Potazzine", which in Montalcino is used for the beautiful great tits, the small plump yellow-bellied birds that cheer up the Tuscan countryside with their flights and their melodious chirps. This is why parents often use this word to refer to their children, such as Giuseppe and Gigliola Gorelli, the owners of the farm, affectionately call Viola and Sofia. The great tits also appear on the label of their splendid Brunello di Montalcino, a bottle that needs no introduction and long preambles. Like all the wines from the Le Potazzine winery, their Brunello di Montalcino is refined and elegantly tells one of the most renowned terroirs in Italy.

At the sight, full and bright ruby red color. The nose expresses a fine bouquet of dark berries, lavender, dried flowers and undergrowth, with intense balsamic and ethereal references. The sip is rich, velvety and dynamic. Spread over a large acid and tannic shoulder, closing with elegance, harmony and persistence.
