Siro Pacenti's Brunello di Montalcino Pelagrilli is born in the homonymous locality of Pelagrilli, in vineyards located north of Montalcino. It is produced with pure Sangiovese grapes, harvested and selected exclusively by hand. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Subsequently the wine is aged for 24 months in French oak barrels and then in the bottle, before being released on the market. It has an intense ruby red color. The nose opens with elegant hints of plum and black cherry, enriched with floral and flint notes. On the palate it is balanced and fresh, with a very fine structure. This Brunello is perfect to accompany all red meat dishes and game.
