Brunello di Montalcino originates from pure Sangiovese grapes, grown by the Uccelliera winery in the vineyards located in the hamlet located south-east of Montalcino, Castelnuovo dell’Abate. We are located at an altitude of between 150 and 350 meters above sea level, in a terroir with a sandy and silty texture, with a predominance of skeleton. The must obtained from pressing the grapes ferments spontaneously in steel tanks, thanks to the use of indigenous yeasts; the subsequent aging lasts for at least 24 months and takes place in both French and Slavonian oak barrels.

This Brunello di Montalcino reveals itself to the eye with a typically ruby ​​color, crossed by flashes and more garnet reflections in the nail. Fruit in alcohol alternates on the nose with almost magical scents of dried flowers and floral nuances, which move on an olfactory background that recalls the wet earth. On the palate it is wide, round and enveloping thanks to a finely smooth tannin, which enhances a sip of excellent persistence.
