The Chianti Classico Riserva "Le Vigne" Istine is a red from the area, born in the light of an environmentally friendly approach aimed at bringing out the authenticity of Sangiovese in this part of Tuscany. A complex and profound label, which brings together in a sip of "synthesis" the best expressions of Sangiovese grown by Istine in different vineyards. The aromatic complexity offered to the nose opens up an important sip, with good palatal persistence. A bottle that is confirmed, even at the level of criticism, on excellent quality levels.

"Le Vigne" is a Chianti Classico Riserva that comes from Sangiovese grapes grown in different plots, each with defined characteristics. Precisely because of this important feature, during the vinification each vineyard is kept separate, to be "joined" to the others only a few weeks before bottling. The fermentation of the must takes place spontaneously, thanks to the presence of indigenous yeasts, in cement tanks, with a maceration on the skins that lasts for 21 days. The malolactic fermentation takes place later, when the wine is transferred to wood. The final maturation lasts 18 months, and is carried out entirely in Slavonian oak barrels with a capacity of 20 hectoliters.

This Chianti Classico Riserva "Le Vigne" signed Istine is announced to the eye with a bright ruby red color. Fascinating the nose, which unfolds a range of refined aromas, in which red fruit alternates with spices, highlighting even complex balsamic and cola notes on the finish. Tasting is full-bodied, with a tight sip hinged on freshness and balance. Closes with a finish with excellent persistence. The label that reaches the "top" of the quality of the entire range created by the winery, representing the summary of a production philosophy that aims to authentically decline the Chianti Classico terroir.
