The Caberlot grape is believed to be a natural crossing between Cabernet Franc and Merlot.

18 months french barrel ageing, barrel selection, 16 months magnum ageing.

Ruby red color with light garnet shades. The center of the glass recalls the color of pitch and suggests a great structural intensity of the wine. The olfactory examination denotes hints of ripe fruit and jam, spicy, herbaceous and earthy hints. Structured and rich, with creaminess and light tannins. Final with great acidity.
