After a careful selection of the grapes, fermentation takes place in steel vats at a high temperature for 18 days. The aging is carried out for 30% in new barriques and the remainder in third passage tonneaux, thus ensuring a reduced contribution of vanilla scents to the wine, and leaving more room for its typicality. Rosso di Montalcino DOC 2014 by Agostina Pieri is certainly a wine that tastes of Tuscany, decisive and structured, has within itself all the terroir of one of the most suitable areas in the world.

Intense ruby red color, the nose stands out for delicate aromas of ripe red fruit, blackberry and currant, with a slight hint of vanilla on the finish. In the mouth it is very enveloping, thanks to an excellent body, characterized by a long and pleasant fruity taste.
