The one from Le Chiuse is one of the best reds from Montalcino; in the glass it immediately shows itself in all its persuasiveness, in all its balance, in all its very intense fruity bouquet. Here, in an exciting crescendo, notes of cherry and currants, violets and violets stand out, up to the spicy finish that make the experience even more intense and elegant.

The Le Chiuse company has a very ancient origin; as early as 1700 there are documents that attest to its existence, just when it belonged to the Biondi Santi family. The turning point, however, came in the second half of the seventies, thanks to the skilled hands of Fiorella first and then Simonetta, who have always been in love with their land, local traditions and the culture of wine. In this climate of great historical richness, Le Chiuse's Rosso di Montalcino is born; a pure Sangiovese that comes to life from three vineyards facing north, with an age ranging from 5 to 22 years.

Before aging for 6 months in French and Slavonian oak barrels, maceration is carried out on the marcs that lasts 18 days to extract as much as possible the coloring elements and tannin from the Sangiovese grape. An intensity that we find in the glass, where Le Chiuse's Rosso di Montalcino shows itself in its beautiful lively ruby ​​red color and where it can boast of offering an aromatic bouquet of rare beauty and persuasion.
