This wine is perfectly part of the rediscovery project of the disappeared autochthonous vines. It has an intense red color, with hints of violet and red fruits. It is consistent on the palate, with an important aftertaste of mineral and spicy notes. Always elegant and captivating enough.
The color is intense ruby red with elegant garnet veins. The nose offers an intriguing complexity made of small red fruits, wild strawberries, floral notes of rose, violet, lavender, hints of minerals and sweet spices, cotton candy and light herbaceous nuances. Also interesting is the balsamic component that can be seen in the background. In the mouth, the cleanliness and delicacy of the sip are surprising. There is a velvety tannin which opens the way to a pleasant mineral note. The finish is gentle and leaves a nice feeling of freshness.
