BAROLO CHINATO COCCHI

The Barolo Chinato flavored red of Cocchi has a deep garnet red color. The nose shows a variety of floral and spicy hints, attributable to the elements making up the infusion. The taste is intense and penetrating, fine and balanced between sweet and bitter notes. The finish is an interweaving of these two gustatory components, which seem to chase each other indefinitely in a very long aromatic persistence. It is a mysterious wine, which represents a particular segment of Piedmontese wine history.
