Il Muffato 2018

Canneto muffato is a particular wine made with "muffite" grapes. A spicy bouquet with hints and scents of gray mold. In the mouth it is very pleasant, pleasant and light.

Vinification and aging: The grapes are harvested in December, once covered with gray mold. Squeezing and subsequent fermentation with selected yeasts at a controlled temperature. Aging in 5hl oak tonneaux for 18 months and then in the bottle for at least 6 months.

Dessert and meditation wine but which also goes very well with cheeses, especially if they are spicy. Terrific with Foie Gras!
