VIOGNIER 2018

Viognier is a white wine with an international profile, with which the Casale del Giglio winery confirms its ability in knowing how to decline non-native grapes within the Lazio borders. It is a bottle in which the aromatic sweetness is perfectly balanced by an interesting freshness, which makes the drink balanced and in tune. A label with interesting national scores.

Bright yellow color, with very clear floral notes of white rose petals, linden, acacia and broom.
In the mouth there are sensations of very pronounced fruit of peach and apricot.
Together they produce a great aromatic sweetness perfectly balanced by good freshness and persistent minerality.

To be combined with a risotto with seafood.
