"A" FATTORIA ALDOBRANDESCA 2019

Rosato A was born in the Aldobrandesca Farm of the Marchesi Antinori, located near Sovana, in southern Maremma. It is a marine and Mediterranean wine made from Aleatico grapes, with a fresh and savory, delicate and fragrant taste.
It is produced with grapes harvested and selected entirely by hand. Fermentation takes place, with short cold maceration, in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16 ° C. Subsequently the wine refines on its own yeasts, before being bottled.

Rosé "A" reveals itself to the eye with a color that recalls the shade of coral, which is decidedly brilliant. Small berries alternate with touches of more exotic fruit, from which a light Mediterranean aroma also emerges. On the palate it is light-bodied, drinkable and flowing, with a refreshing and mineral sip, where the taste is rediscovered that Mediterranean imprint that already lingered on the nose. A perfect rosé for all occasions, which is recommended to try in a Japanese sushi and sashimi dinner.
