Vermentino in purity for a wine that enhances the sands and breezes of the Tuscan coast, a luminous pleasure that accompanies the drink with savory notes and good structure. Vermentino Campo Alla Sughera Arioso has a bright straw yellow color with greenish reflections, the nose has clear and intense aromas of citrus fruits, flowers and wild herbs, green apple and summer pears. A full-bodied white with excellent acidity, in the mouth it is pleasant and soft, savory and lively, persistent with a mineral aftertaste.

It goes well with fish dishes such as salmon; sea ​​bass or sea bass with a side dish of potatoes and baked vegetables; the monkfish; fried cod and pasta with mussels. It prefers white meats such as baked rabbit or with rosemary, larded or wrapped in bacon. It loves to accompany young and fresh cheeses.
