he FARM HILL LADDERS becomes a self winery in 1991, when Vittorio Fiore and his wife Adriana Assjè Marcorà of purchase on the hill of Ruffoli , in the town of Greve in Chianti (Florence ) in the heart of the production area of Chianti Classico, some plots of rural land and a building from a division of the estate and the sale of several real estate assets , including houses, land with vineyards, olive groves, pasture and forest , almost abandoned for years after the death of the former owner .

Thus sets himself up initially , before a business entity , which , in 1996, adding another body, following the acquisition of adjacent property , with functional cellar and large buildings , bringing , as a whole, the area of the holding to a total of about 40 hectares , divided as follows :
• vineyard has 15.00
• olive grove has 10.00
• arable land was 2.00
• forest has 5.00
• buildings and uncultivated areas has 8.00

To deal directly with the management of the company are his wife Adriana Assjè of Marcorà and son Yuri ( graduate Technicien Superieur et en Oenology Viticulture in Beaune - Burgundy ) , supervised at all company activities by Vittorio Fiore.
The business is instead entrusted to the Italian market and his son Roberto , for the foreign market , his son Alexander.
