TALÒ NEGROAMARO 2017

It is with the wines of the Talò line that Cantine San Marzano tell part of the truest essence of Salento. Negroamaro, perhaps the most typical and famous among those produced in the area, is among these.

Obtained exclusively from Negroamaro grapes, carefully harvested during the middle of September, this wine ferments with selected yeasts and then ages in French oak barriques for 6 months before being bottled.
Purple-red color with violet reflections: intense and persistent perfume, with hints of black currant and berries, spicy, with balsamic and vanilla notes. Full-bodied wine, velvety and harmonious, with a long and savory finish.

This wine maintains its organoleptic potential intact for at least 5 years. It divinely combines with very elaborate first courses, cheeses, white meats and well-seasoned red meats.
