The "crick" opening of the Brucart corkscrew is the most intelligent and original system to uncork the bottle. It allows to extract the cap without effort. It is graduated to check how deep the perforation of the spiral is. Instructions for use: cut the capsule with the special knife, place the corkscrew on the cap and while exerting a light pressure, turn until reaching the desired depth. Finally, open the handle and start the "crick" movement.
