Brolio combines the great drinkability typical of young Chianti Classico with a complex and full structure. With an intense ruby red color, it opens on the nose with fresh and floral scents among which notes of chinotto, violet and mimosa, which evolve into fruity nuances of black cherry and aromas of sweet mint. In the mouth it is fresh and pleasant, with fine tannins and a pleasant aftertaste of ripe red fruits and spices. Overall it is a very elegant wine.
Perfect to accompany cold cuts, salami and first courses with meat sauce, it is ideal in combination with grilled red meats and aged cheeses.
