Tramin Pinot Grigio 2022

Pinot Grigio is an allochthonous vine widespread in northern Italy, in France (where it takes the name of Pinot Gris) and in Germany, better known as Rulander, name of the trade that for the first time imported it in those lands. The vineyards from which the grapes come are located in the municipalities of Montagna, Egna and Termeno, between 250 and 500 metres above sea level. Traditional vinification in steel, where the Alto Adige Pinot Grigio DOC of the Tramin Winery is aged for a few months without malolactic fermentation.

TRamin Pinot Grigio is pretty straw colour, with fruity hints and a hint of freshly cut grass. In the mouth it is vertical, savoury, fresh with a slightly almond finish.
