SALMARIANO VERDICCHIO CASTELLI DI JESI RISERVA 2018

The Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi Classico Riserva "Salmariano" represents the productive peak of the Marotti Campi winery. We are talking about a rich and composite product both on the nose and on the palate, which also faces aging in wood to increase its thickness. The refreshing and mineral sip hits the mark, characteristics that increase the ease of drinking of a bottle that still has an interesting alcohol content. An ideal label to accompany a fine dinner of fish and shellfish.

The view is iridescent between golden and greenish. The nose shows brackish and mineral aromas, accompanied by fruity notes of peach and medlar. On the palate it is rich, full-bodied, with excellent acidity and a clearly sapid flavor. Closes with a decidedly persistent finish.
