It is thanks to wineries such as Col di Bacche that today we can speak of the Maremma as one of the largest production districts in Tuscany and beyond. In fact, there were very few companies that already in the nineties had decided to invest in an extraordinary territory such as the province of Grosseto, and in particular in the area of Scansano. An area, this one, that lends itself extraordinarily well to the cultivation of the vine and in particular of Sangiovese among the red grapes and of Vermentino among the white grapes. A revolution that has not stopped since then and that has demonstrated all the greatness of the lower Tuscany, an area capable of giving multifaceted and deep wines, characterized by an innate Mediterranean mark.
