Warm and bright straw yellow, with a very fine and persistent perlage. The nose is initially expressed with floral and citrus notes, to then open to hints of anise and mint and close on spicy and toasted traces. Upon tasting, the typical acidity of the vintage is integrated into an extremely elegant balance. Pure and very fine, with a pronounced and coherent fruit, it closes with a smoky persistence that never ends.
