A Blanc de Blancs obtained from the vinification of Chardonnay grapes only, the 1701 Franciacorta Satèn Brut Millesimato 2016 offers all the aromatic breadth and elegance of this grape. Soft, thanks to the fine and elegant perlage, mature and round, after at least 30 months of aging on the lees it can express all the richness and intensity it is capable of.

Franciacorta Saten 1701 is revealed in the glass in a straw yellow color and extremely fine and persistent perlage. From the first smell it makes it clear that it has many arrows in its bow, for a nose of great breadth and complexity: small pastries, clarified butter, almonds and hazelnuts, as well as references to golden apples. A true hymn to finesse, the liquid gives its best to the taste, where it combines creaminess with a refined savory spine that significantly lengthens the sip. Ductile and chameleonic, it is a wine that accompanies from appetizers to second courses, passing through first courses based on fish.
