LEONIA METODO CLASSICO BRUT ROSè

Leonia rosé 2018 has a fascinating pale pink color with coppery reflections. The perlage is, as usual, extremely subtle and reflects its overall elegance. On the nose, the starting fruit is raspberry, followed by blackberry and pomegranate; among the fruity notes, the protagonist is that of blood orange, but surprisingly the olfactory finish is spicy with hints of white pepper in tandem with notes of "croissant". Still fresh in the mouth, regardless of its 48 months on the lees, it leaves its kaleidoscopic tone for a very long time.
