Soft, delicate and very fine sparkling wine, with a characteristic floral and fruity bouquet. In the glass it appears bright and brilliant with abundant and evanescent foam, with a fine and continuous perlage. Of great elegance and intensity, it has a clear hint of fruit (golden apple, peach, wisteria) with a notable balance between aromatic notes and freshness. An excellent aperitif, Miraval pairs beautifully with shellfish-based appetizers and starters. Try it on the delicate risotto alla casatella from Treviso. It develops well in the two years following the harvest. Well preserved, it evolves, reaching good complexity both on the nose and in the mouth in the 3 years following the harvest.
