In the glass it appears bright and brilliant with abundant and evanescent foam with a fine and continuous perlage. Delicate and slightly aromatic, it has aromas of golden apple and acacia, with a pleasant aftertaste of fresh walnut husk combined with a savory minerality. An excellent aperitif, San Fermo pairs beautifully with appetizers and fish and vegetable dishes. Its structural characteristics allow for good evolution in the two years following the harvest. Well preserved, it evolves, reaching good complexity both on the nose and in the mouth in the 4 years following the harvest.
