This Marolo's grappa, obteined by Amarone's wine marc, is distilled with a discontinuous system in a bain-marie distilling very fresh pomace still dripping with wine, and aged in oak barrels.
Soft and elegant, it releases fruity notes of cherries, blackberries and dried fruit, with extremely attractive balsamic hints.
